Granny Flats Sunshine Coast are a locally owned business who specialise in constructing Granny Flats in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. We understand deciding to build can be a daunting experience so we have developed a step by step process which will keep in informed every step of the way and will make the construction journey an enjoyable one. 

Above all, we believe in sourcing the best quality materials for a superior outcome. Naturally, we therefore design for the environment and with sustainability in mind. Each project can be customised, and is designed for the long term.  All of our Granny Flats are constructed using local materials and suppliers as well. We include Truecore steel framing, Colorbond sheeting and rainwater products, Weathertex cladding, locally manufactured kitchen cabinetry.
